Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:

A brief description of how printing is limited:
By the end of the 2011-12 academic year, paper use on campus had been cut by 33 percent in response to President Williams's 2010 challenge to students, faculty, and staff to eliminate paper consumption. This is accomplished by:
* software that tracks paper consumption, giving each student a basic paper allowance for each semester
* shared printers with duplex capacity are set to print double-sided as the default setting, though a two-sided document still counts as two copies for accounts
* in labs, copies must be "released" after being sent to the printer
* encouraging students to use electronic copies whenever possible (& encouraging faculty to accept electronic copies)
*granting students a limited supply of free copies at the beginning of each semester. The amount of copies available is based on the student's academic status (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior). To gain access to additional copies, students must go to IT to explain why they need it. Despite not charging for additional copies, very few students request additional capacity - approximately 5%.
