Does the institution have a postconsumer food waste composting program?:
A brief description of the postconsumer food waste composting program:
Some food waste as well as utensils are composted at a post-consumer level through a partnership with LFUCG. This is done for events that will generate a large amount of waste, such as the back to school picnic.
We are working with the city to expand this program.
