A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Along with frequent hot vegan options in the main cafeteria, there are daily salad bar options that contain full protein foods such as bean salads and hummous. Additionally, any items from the salad bar may be taken to the stir fry station or to the sandwich station for customizable vegan meal options. Soy milk is available during all meals for which the main dining hall is open.
