A brief description of the program(s):
Transylvania offers a sustainability across the curriculum workshop for faculty. All participants are expected to incorporate sustainability into one or more of their courses and/or design a new course using what they get out the week-long summer course. They fine tune their ideas and share the results of the efforts in follow-up meetings during the school year. Nearly 1/3rd of Transylvania's faculty have completed the week-long course.

Faculty have received a $700 stipend for participating in the workshop. They also are connected with a variety of community resources that make integrating sustainability into their teaching easier.
