The sustainability website provides insight into Transylvania's efforts to pursue all aspects of sustainability. Information on past and current programs of student outreach, purchasing practices, sustainable building practice, as well as the sustainability master plan are easily accessible.

Signage was recently introduced to Transylvania's rain garden and native butterfly garden, both of which feature local plants. Information includes growing conditions, and ecosystem benefits that the plants provide.

Sustainability tours highlighting sustainable building and grounds features are given at least once a year, targeting current students, faculty and staff as well as prospective students and their families and alumni. An interactive online map is being developed.
