List and description of building and renovation projects completed within the previous five years:
1. Glen Dining Renovations (Renovation) (LEED Silver): Completed in 2020, this project was a renovation to a standalone dining facility, which included complete renovations of interior space, building envelope, and MEP systems.
2. New Science Complex (LEED Gold): Completed around January, 2021, this project was a new standalone building containing classrooms, laboratories, and support spaces.
3. Glen Towers Facade Improvements, Building C: Completed in June, 2022, this is one of 4 nearly identical buildings which were renovated to have completely new exterior skin, along with upgraded MEP systems.
4. Cook Library Third Floor Academic One Stop Shop: Completed in September, 2022, this project was an interior renovation of the existing library to create a "one stop shop", including academic support and staff office spaces.
5. University Union (LEED Gold): Completed in January, 2023, this was a renovation and expansion of the existing Towson University Student Union.
6. Glen Towers Facade Improvements, Building B: Completed in June, 2023, this is one of 4 nearly identical buildings which were renovated to have completely new exterior skin, along with upgraded MEP systems.
7. 7400 York Road: Completed in June, 2023, this project was an interior renovation of several floors of an existing university building.
8. Glen Towers Facade Improvements, Building A: Completed in June, 2024, this is one of 4 nearly identical buildings which were renovated to have completely new exterior skin, along with upgraded MEP systems.
9. College of Health Professions (Building): Completed in August, 2024, this project was a new standalone building containing classrooms, simulation facilities, and support spaces for the Towson University Health Professions programs.
