A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
The Environmental Conference is an event where students and staff can learn about campus sustainability. The all day event includes keynote speaker, break out sessions, research and poster presentations, and networking reception.
In addition, sustainability is sometimes a topic offered through staff development workshops.
The New York Times lunch discussion is another forum open to the whole community and last year sustainability was one of the topics offered.
