Each year the USM Classification and Compensation Committee (CCC) (institutionally represented) meets to review the exempt and/or non-exempt pay structures on a biennial basis. The USM policies pertaining to staff pay structures and salaries are located on the USM website. The CCC follows the guiding principles of both the non-exempt and exempt pay programs.
