We do not have a code of conduct as such. We have exhibits that are made part of our solicitation packages that are just legal terms and conditions. They do not impose an ethical obligation (e.g. sustainable practices) but simply states their legal obligations. I'm not sure what we might do to enforce a code of conduct on our vendors. We subscribe to codes of ethics that govern OUR conduct -- but that's all. Vendor conduct is governed by state law and regulation, and while individual vendors may have company codes of conduct, we've never asked that they share those with us.
