A brief description of the vegan dining program:

•T-Veggie: This program allows our customers to substitute any meat option for soy based chicken or beef alternative. For example, Cheese Steak is now a vegetarian option, or the Chicken Quesadillas.

•Newell Dining Hall, Glen Marketplace and the West Village Commons also have dedicated self-serve vegan refrigerators.This station offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner including entrees, sides, snacks that are 100% vegan.

•Fit Foods Bar at Patuxent offers daily vegatarian such as Whole Wheat Pasta Salad, Barley Salad, Wild Rice & Cranberry & More!

•Available daily at most locations: Veggie Burgers, Vegetarian Pizza, Sushi, Yogurt and Fruit Bars, Omelet bars (Newell, Commons Dining Hall & Patuxent), Veggie Paninis and Sandwiches, Vegetarian Soups, Smoothies with protein, (Paws, Brick Street, Jamba Juice), and more!

•Made-to-order salads are available at Susquehanna, Paws, & Patuxent.

•Made-to-order pasta bars with tofu are available at Patuxent, Den & Newell Dining Hall
