In the new TRU Campus Strategic Sustainability Plan (page 44: http://www.tru.ca/__shared/assets/Campus_Strategic_Sustainability_Plan_201433501.pdf) it is stated under Strategies:
• Fair Trade Campus (as a 1 to 3 year goal)

Establish purchasing policies and guidelines designating TRU a Fair Trade Campus with respect to all procurement decisions.
