TRU's Culinary Arts program was an early supporter--and continues to support--TRU's campus composting project. Its cafeteria composts virtually all of its inedible organic waste. Signage to support this initiative is prominently placed throughout the program's facility, including in the public areas especially where cafeteria patrons clean off their plates after their meals.
