Does the institution donate leftover or surplus food?:
A brief description of the food donation program:
Excess food from Culinary Arts is donated to the mission, when possible. The local food bank comes to pick up our surplus perishable food supplies at the end of each semester, or before we are closed for an extended period of time. (Reading break) Leftover food from Culinary Arts that can be re-packaged such as soups and stews are sold in the cafeteria.
