Criteria
An institution earns 1 bonus point when it has calculated its nitrogen footprint during the previous three years and the footprint includes scope 1 and scope 2 nitrogen emissions and scope 3 nitrogen emissions from, at minimum, purchased food and wastewater. Partial points are available. An institution that has calculated a nitrogen footprint that only includes scope 1 and 2 nitrogen emissions earns 0.5 bonus points.
