The Ohio State University has been a member of the Fair Labor Association since 2004 and the Worker Rights Consortium since 2006. The Ohio State University is committed to conducting its business affairs in a socially-responsible and ethical manner, consistent with its educational, research and service missions. As part of that commitment, the University expects each Licensee of Ohio State to recognize its responsibilities to employees for the conditions under which its licensed products or services are made. In addition to this, Ohio State supports the WRC whose primary focus is the labor practices of factories that make university-related apparel.
