A brief summary of papers, guides, presentations, and other resources the institution has developed to share their sustainability experience with other institutions:

The Ohio State University helped develop the “Greening Your Tailgate Guide” with Virginia Tech. The guide provided several examples and tactics to improving the sustainability performance of tailgating and football recycling programs. Ohio State also released the case study, “Zero Waste at Ohio Stadium: Lessons Learned and Beginner’s Guide” which helps other institutions begin zero waste efforts at their stadiums. Ohio State faculty also have countless collaborations furthering research and education in sustainability related fields.

Ohio By-Products Synergy Network, Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio, Get Green Columbus, Ohio Bio Products Innovation Center, 4H, and many more, Big Ten Environmental Stewardship Committee.

Ohio State is actively involved with supporting sustainability efforts at other institutions. Not only do we support efforts in the local community we offer our time and resources to provide guidance to other institutions. We have held individual phone conversations, attended and presented at conferences, and visited campuses to support efforts.
