The university's compensation philosophy is to pay ‘at market’. We ensure all positions follow policies and guidelines set up for this. a. We have policies in place to ensure all our employees are paid at least the minimum of the established pay range for their position. All pay ranges are above the state minimum wage of $7.70, which is higher than the federal minimum wage of $7.25.
