Does the institution donate leftover or surplus food?:
A brief description of the food donation program:
Ohio State donates surplus foods to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, primarily at major breaks and/or food drive campaign seasons. It is important to note that we follow strict HACCP temperature recording and procedures for non-shelf stable products, so items that might remain after catered / served events are not eligible nor safe for consumption or donation.
