A brief description of how the literacy assessment was developed and/or when it was adopted:
During discussion with key contacts on the Columbus campus that were utilized in the Columbus campus reporting of AASHE STARS, Energy Services and Sustainability selected questions from that survey to administer this year to the regional campuses.

A brief description of how a representative sample was reached (if applicable) and how the assessment(s) were administered :
The survey was administered through email to the entire student body and all employees (faculty and staff) to ensure that a comprehensive data set could be collected.

A brief summary of results from the literacy assessment(s), including a description of any measurable changes over time:
Utilizing the Qualtrics Survey administration tool, exportation of the results took place roughly 21 days after administration to the regional campuses. Upon exportation of the results, Energy Services and Sustainability compared the responses rates of campuses against one another to get a baseline understanding of the literacy in certain areas of sustainability at the regional campuses of The Ohio State University.
