Yes

A brief description of how the institution engages in public policy advocacy for sustainability, including the issues, bills, and ordinances for or against which the institution has advocated:

The Ohio State University at Newark benefits from its relationship with The Ohio State University Columbus campus and The Ohio State regional campus cluster. The Ohio State Office of Energy and the Environment (OEE) is working to become a trusted resource for state government leaders. As the members of the Ohio General Assembly debate state policy related to energy, OEE legislative activity includes bringing in experts from entire OSU community to advise and educate policymakers about these important issues.
