A brief description of the vegan dining program:
The static menu at the Table of Contents includes items that satisfy all aspects of Vegan dining requirements. However, the selection is limited and offerings are generally updated as the customer demand for such items is shown to change. Periodically, vegan-friendly specials are offered, as well as house made soups. Current demand for vegan dining is very low, and availability reflects this.
Static entrees (falafel patty, salads, etc.) are available, and cover necessary nutritional requirements for vegans. Occasional specials are made available, and the catering department is capable of performing any specialized menu requests that might arise.
