The Ohio State University’s faculty and staff wellness program, Your Plan for Health, rewards employees for improving their health and well-being. Faculty and staff have access to an online wellness web-portal, various programs such as health coaching, biometric screenings, 24/7 nurseline, the employee assistant program, disease management, weight management classes, annual health fair, physical activity and nutrition programs, and educational programming. Faculty and staff can elect to be a part of the university’s wellness team, the Buckeye Wellness Innovators, and be spotlighted as a wellness champion.
