The Ohio State University Diversity Action Plan includes the Ohio State University regional campuses.
The university is currently in the process of integrating assessment of diversity and inclusion in the university strategic planning process. Previously, there was a separate, annual Diversity Action Plan reporting process. In the current process, each reporting unit submits a strategic plan and a set of strategic indicators measuring progress. The plans and scorecards are reviewed annually by key stakeholder groups, including the Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and the Faculty Senate Diversity Committee.

A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
Reviewer feedback is provided to the Provost for use in annual performance reviews. The diversity and inclusion review team will follow up with individual reporting units to assist in implementing recommendations, developing new programs or enhancing current efforts, as needed.
