Yes

A brief description of the plan:

SR-95 improvements this summer added bike lanes on the north and south sides of the highway as a request from the Marion Campus. This is the main entrance to the campus. The new University Drive Extension Project (construction timeline 2014) will have a 10 foot wide walk/bike trail connecting the campus from Harding High School (north) to Richland Road (south). The campus is connected on the west side with sidewalks into Marion and there is a formal project request to FOD for a pedestrian/bike sidewalk and bridge to connect the campus to the Forum Center (food and shopping area) to the east. Also, on campus there is a one mile walking trail around the interior of the campus marked with a series of painted footprints on the existing sidewalks and dedicated to Hope Emmons, a staff member that passed away from cancer two years ago. She was an avid walker every day on her lunch break.
