Does the institution use timers to regulate temperatures based on occupancy hours in at least one building?:
Yes

A brief description of the technology used:

Siemens (Insight) building automation system controls the HVAC for the Marion Campus buildings. The DDC system resets the mixed air, boilers, and chilled water temperatures depending on outside temperature and building occupancy. All main building air handlers are on timers and programed to run when the buildings are occupied. The campus uses a computerized master room scheduling system to let Physical Facilities know what classes or special events are happening on campus so the times/dates can be entered into the Siemens system to make sure rooms are comfortable during occupied hours.

The percentage of building space (square footage) with timers for temperature control:
100
