A brief description of the management system:
The campus has a centralized, computerized energy management system. Mansfield has a Siemens 600 System for central computerized Building Management Systems (BMS) for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) of 7 of our largest buildings, We are able to manage 90% of our total square footage. Automation includes HVAC monitoring and control (local & remote) of temperature, economizing capability and HVAC equipment control.
