The City of Lima and Allen County Land Bank recently received a $4.5 million grant thanks in part to the data collected through a project known as the Ohio Land Exchange or OH/LEX, spearheaded by Ohio State's Knowlton School of Architecture and in collaboration with The Ohio State University at Lima. OH/LEX is an ongoing project. The Theatre Department is currently producing set pieces to help the community imagine other uses for the reclaimed properties.
