A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about employee commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:

A survey was deployed during the 2017/2018 academic school year. Roughly 1,800 responses were received of the 4,100 invitations (44% response rate). The survey indicated that 2.5% of employees use a single-passenger vehicle to commute to school (e.g. personal vehicle, hired car service, or taxi). The dominant means of commuting are public transport (80%) and walking (9%).
