A brief description of the certificate program(s), including the year the program was created:
The New School offers an 18-credit post-masters certificate in Sustainability Strategies.
From the program's webpage: "In today's creative economy, successful models of public administration and business increasingly take into account the interconnections of ecological, social, and financial sustainability, the "triple bottom line" approach to planning and development. This has created a need for managers who understand actual and potential sustainability issues and are competent to devise strategies for achieving sustainability across the three dimensions.
The Certificate in Sustainability Strategies attests to successful completion of a short structured program of study designed to build competencies in defining and implementing sustainability as a value and a bottom-line management goal."
