A brief description of the program:
The New School offers a 25 percent discount to full-time students on New Jersey Transit commuter rail monthly passes.
Additionally, The New School offers a Qualified Transportation Expense (QTE) Plan to full-time employees. The QTE Plan enables employees to reduce their taxable income by setting aside pretax funds to pay for eligible commuting expenses, including a Mass Transit Account.
