A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
Starting in Spring 2022, the Office of Campus Sustainability began offering course-specific sustainability tours. The office reached out to faculty teaching courses related to sustainability and designed tours tailored specifically for their course content. For example, the office led an energy and stormwater management tour for an Introduction to Environmental Engineering course and an on-campus renewable energy tour for a Renewable Energy and Technology course. Moving forward, these tours will be offered to faculty at the start of every semester.
