A brief description of the sustainability newsletter or social media platform:

The sustainability newsletter is a monthly publication released by the Office of Campus Sustainability containing updates on new sustainability developments on campus (e.g., infrastructure or resources), an update on monthly sustainability metrics (e.g., energy use, water use, and diversion rate), upcoming events, and sustainability in the news.

The CUA Sustainability Instagram account is run by the Office of Campus Sustainability and shares updates on campus activities, sustainability developments on campus, upcoming events, and other relevant sustainability content.

The CUA Sustainability Twitter account is run by the Office of Campus Sustainability and shares major university updates related to sustainability.

Yes

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:

There is a variety of signage around campus highlighting sustainability features. There are signs placed in front of buildings with rain gardens and green roofs to highlight the benefits of that infrastructure. There are recycling and composting signs across campus to explain waste sorting best practices. There are stickers on light switches across campus to remind users to turn off the lights when leaving a room. There are stickers near elevators to remind users to use the stairs if able.

Yes

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:

An online campus map has a filter for sustainability features on campus including solar panels and green roofs. https://www.catholic.edu/map/index.html. In addition, the Office of Campus Sustainability offers sustainability tours and campus tree tours to interested groups on campus, including professors of courses related to sustainability, at least once annually.


Does the institution produce a guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience?:
Yes

A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:

The Sustainability website has several green living guides including: Green Move-In Guide, Green Move-Out Guide, Dorm Room Sustainability, Sustainability at Home, Green Events Guide, and Green Office Guide. There are also guides for sustainability at the holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Earth Day.
