A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The results of this survey were used to improve the workplace environment for ACG faculty and staff as well as the services ACG provides to its students, alumni, parents, and friends. The College addresses issues, which are raised by the survey, in the highest administrative level. These issues are discussed at the President’s Cabinet and specific courses of action are determined and followed under the President’s supervision.
