A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:

The College manages rainwater in accordance with LID practices either by redirecting water runoff to the forested areas or through an award winning process ensuring that what remains of the runoff does not pose dangers to the community.

Sediment- barriers have been installed and sediment is prevented from reaching the drains and the humidifier through filters. Mst of the sediment is prevented from entering the drainage by the natural forested area of the campus.
Oil, grease and toxic chemicals from motor vehicles. Damaged motor vehicles are removed and guideline to reducing vehicle movement and idling on campus

Pesticides are controlled and toxic pesticides not used. Nutrients from lawns and gardens is controlled by the fact that the gardens are populated by the forests endemic species .
