Institute of Public Health publishes book "Education for Smoke-free Generation"

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
The Institute of Public Health coordinated and supervised the updated edition of the book “Education for a Smokefree Generation”, addressed mainly to teachers, educators and parents. The content of the book includes useful information for cigarettes and smoking products, addiction, its health/social/financial effects, passive smoking, smoking cessation, counseling and prevention in school community. The book is available in print and digital edition, free of charge, aiming to shape an evidence-based society’s culture on the smoking epidemic. The book is distributed for free to all public schools with the collaboration of the Ministry of Education
