Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
The survey has been designed and was administered by an independent Austrian research company (MARKETAGENT.COM) with the goal of measuring how ACG faculty and staff feels and what they think about the College. OES was administered online. The results of the survey were totally anonymous and that no inference could be drawn between personal data and survey data. .The ACG employees were asked to answer specific questions, by rating them with a matrix (between strongly agree and strongly disagree). The questions related to the following areas: leadership, responsible Vice-President, supervisory consideration, operation, working conditions, job compatibility, teamwork, communication, professional development, commitment and loyalty. Besides, ACG employees were asked to provide their feedback and suggestions to these questions: Overall, what 3 things do you like best about working at The American College of Greece (Pierce-Deree-Alba)? Overall, what 3 things do you like least about working at The American College of Greece (Pierce-Deree-Alba)? Please write what one thing the ACG leadership team (Pierce-Deree-Alba) could do to improve your experience at the College The survey links are active, allowing the employees to answer the survey, for a period of two weeks.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The results of this survey were used to improve the workplace environment for ACG faculty and staff as well as the services ACG provides to its students, alumni, parents, and friends. The College addresses issues, which are raised by the survey, in the highest administrative level. These issues are discussed at the President’s Cabinet and specific courses of action are determined and followed under the President’s supervision. Results of these actions were announced by Dr. Horner, to the ACG Community, at the All College Meeting, which took place in September 2017.
