The lowest paid employee is paid with a monthly gross salary of 868,63 US dollars. This salary is higher than the standard minimum salary, in Greece, of 565,38 US dollars which is given to employees who have no previous work experience and are under the age of 25 years. All employees are employed on a full-time basis, under an indefinite term contract and have been insured under the College’s Private Health insurance group plan program (Generali Life), without any employee contributions. The employee is also entitled to receive a College loan (until 2 gross salaries), and repay it back in 18 installments, without any interest through the College payroll. The lowest paid employee is entitled to attending courses or enroll in an academic degree program at ACG, without paying any tuition fees.
