ACG We provides accessible high quality health services to meet the needs of all members of the College community.
We support and encourage students, staff and faculty members to realize their optimal physical, emotional, social and intellectual goals through health promotion and disease prevention programs and services. It is the aim of these innovative services to assist the College community in cultivating their own healthy lifestyles that will follow them throughout the course of their college experience and beyond.
Wellness Coaching.
The American College of Greece provides Wellness Coaching services. A Wellness Coach is available to discuss your unique situation and explore programs that work best for you in order to reach your wellness goals. Join our coach for a one-on-one consultation during which we will:
Set exercise goals based on your lifestyle
Understand eating patterns, learn how to make healthy food choices
Discuss how to lesson addictive habits such as smoking and excessive cell phone use
Feel better in your body and learn how to change what you can change and accept what you cannot
Discover ways to increase your energy through proper nutrition, exercise, sleep, breathing and resting
Find out what is causing stress in your life and learn healthy ways to relieve it
Feel at peace; and balance the wellness of your mind, body and spirit
