Policy driven safety management system with both leading and lagging indicators tracked for department level metrics. Recordable injury rates monitored and reviewed as well as incident root cause analysis performed in the event of an occupational injury. Job Hazard Analysis program by work area performed and reviewed annually. Annual safety review of risk areas by trained safety personnel with corrective actions tracked to completion.
