Texas Tech University’s Student Health Service provides physical and mental care to faculty, staff, and students. The Employee Assistance Program is a resource for all employees to maintain a healthy and productive attitude in their work and personal lives. Texas Tech has recently partnered with Naturally Slim to help with Physical and Mental Health. It is a skill-based, clinically proven program that focuses on changing how you eat, not what you eat. Helps with weight loss, stress, sleep and more.
