Documentation to support the performance year energy consumption figures reported above:
A brief description of the institution's initiatives to shift individual attitudes and practices in regard to energy efficiency:
---

A brief description of energy use standards and controls employed by the institution:

Texas Tech University uses seasonally shifting set points. New buildings are equipped with occupancy sensors and schedules for lights, AHU's are "on demand" after 9:00 P. M.

A brief description of Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting and other energy-efficient lighting strategies employed by the institution:

Approximately 20% of Exterior lighting are LEDs. LED lights, interior and exterior, are specified for all new construction. Residence halls are approximately 50% LED.

A brief description of passive solar heating, geothermal systems, and related strategies employed by the institution:
---

A brief description of co-generation employed by the institution:
---

A brief description of the institution's initiatives to replace energy-consuming appliances, equipment, and systems with high efficiency alternatives:

Gross floor area of building space number includes rental sites, CAM sites, abandoned spaces and unoccupied spaces. In addition, The most important consideration here is that the 10,005,766.00 ft2 is not matched to energy point of use, which should properly include only occupied square footage. That number is 9,182,788 ft2.
