Yes
A brief description of the sustainability-focused immersive program(s) offered by the institution, including how each program addresses the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainability:
The wind energy unit participates in an interdisciplinary collegiate wind competition that is two years in duration. Students from across the TTU campus are provided information about the parts of a wind turbine along with their functions. Students then design a scaled turbine that can function on and off grid. The student team develops a business market plan which they present with their turbine at the collegiate competition that provides evidence of how their project will benefit local communities both socially and economically.
The Junction Center also has a solar curriculum unit developed for our K-12 Outdoor School program.
