Texas State University and the City of San Marcos have partnered with SPIN to provide electric scooters and non-electric bicycles throughout the San Marcos campus and city on a pay-per-ride system. The dockless bikes and scooters can be taken anywhere within the city as long as they are parked within designated parking zones.
