Misinterpreted "O+M Certified Space" category, revised this section to zero square footage as while TXST continues to make sustainable improvements on O+M items throughout campus has not undergone the formal LEED O+M Certfication on any existing space (to my knowledge).
Found 'active' website link for TXST green cleaning documents.
Made appropriate revisions to Energy and Water Management and Benchmarking sections.
