A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

The last Staff Climate Survey was administered in May 2016 by Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness. Future surveys will now be administered through a collaborative effort between the Office for Diversity and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Evaluation. These offices had planned to administer the 2020 Campus Climate surveys to faculty, staff, and students in March 2020. To ensure that all communication with Texas A&M student, faculty, and staff remained relevant to the current health and safety of our campus and community (due to COVID-19 pandemic), the campus climate surveys were postponed to a later date.
