A brief description of any internal sustainability professional development and training opportunities that the institution makes available to staff:

HROE Professional Development offers face-to-face and online classes, workshops, programs and resources to all employees. We are currently transforming how we develop employees, taking a more systems thinking and holistic approach across the employee lifecycle. Programming includes Orientation, Functional / Technical development, and progressive Leadership Development. Functional / technical development focuses on holistic competency development of what one needs to know and do across 4 competency levels through the lifecycle of their current (or desired future) functional role. Progressive Leadership development focuses on what one needs to know and do within their current (or in preparation for their next) leadership level. Wellness and Sustainability are included in the orientation and leadership development programming. In addition to enabling individual competency development, performance, and impact, we offer organization development services to help enable an organization improving its competency, performance, and impact.
