The TN Tech Counseling Center offers a variety of services to students and employees. Clinical services are provided by professional clinicians holding an active license in the State of Tennessee.

Faculty and staff also have access to the Blue Cross Blue Shield's Blue Perks Rewards program. Through this insurance provider, faculty and staff earn money by completing healthy tasks such as getting a check up.
TN Tech also offers the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) free of charge to employees. This service allows employees to speak with advisers about any issue they may be having. This includes a range of problems from finding a dog-walker to discussing an issue you have with a colleague.
TN Tech also has a Digital Student Success Workshop Series. It is designed to provide students, faculty, and staff with information pertaining to a wide variety of mental health and personal growth topics. The videos can be found on the Youtube Channel: TN Tech Counseling.

Beginning Fall 2019 semester, the TN Tech Counseling Center offers Skill Building Workshops. These psycho-educational workshops are designed with the purpose of promoting mental health and improving personal well-being, interpersonal relationships and resiliency. They have also been offering a special weekly workshop on taking the journey from GRIEF and LOSS towards the path of HEALING.
