A brief description of the institution’s sustainability projects fund:
TN Tech University has been formally engaged in the sustainability process since 2005 when President Bell approved the Green Fee Program. This program originated as a bill from SGA which allowed $8.00 (Bill F05-01) of a student activity fee to be set aside toward sustainable campus initiatives. In the Spring of 2018, SGA voted to increase this fee to $10.00 (Bill S18-017).

A brief description of the multi-stakeholder decision-making process used to determine which projects receive funding through the sustainability projects fund:
The fee is distributed with approval from the Sustainable Campus Committee, which is a mix of students, faculty and staff, that has been appointed by the President.
