Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes
Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
100
A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
In the performance review survey that is required by each employee, there is an opportunity for employees to list their concerns and or make notes about their satisfaction with their department. After the survey is reviewed by a supervisor, there is a face-to-face review meeting with the employee.
TN Tech also engages their faculty and staff by having an ambassador of the month. An employee is nominated by a co-worker and if chosen that employee receives a reserved parking space, a certificate, and a letter of recognition. An example is listed below.

TN Tech also engages their employees by hosting an annual cookout. This allows all faculty and staff to experience the community created within the walls of TN Tech.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
Any issues that arise during the performance review survey are addressed immediately during the face-to-face review meeting by the employee's supervisor or the responsible department.
