A brief description of each certified dining hall or food service outlet, including the year the certification was achieved and/or renewed:
Tennessee Tech University is the first university in the state and the third nationwide, to earn the REAL, Responsible Epicurean and Agricultural Leadership, certification. TTU Dining became REAL certified in May of 2016. The certification was renewed under the update criteria in Spring of 2019.
